Is a family business established in 1962 (R. F. Tayor Construction) and moved to its new premises, Point House, Bishops Tawton, Barnstaple in 1985. Originally as a construction company but then specialising in Municipal Works (Civic Centre Barnstaple, schools etc.)Public House refitting, bar building etc. Dig-on.com today offers it's wide range of operated services and equipment including micro diggers, mini diggers, dumpers, mowers, tractors, tipper trucks, plate compactors & lazer levels. The workshops include a small timber mill with a full range of equipment including bandsaws (wood or metal), circular saw, planing machine, metal lathe, welding equipment (stationary or mobile), spraying equipment. Work is still under taken today making bespoke bars and repairing the wooden frames of historic vehicles, farm equipment and the cutting of timber and timber shapes for both industry and private use. Vehicles for repair can either be delivered to Point House Yard and Workshops or can be collected by trailer or lorry and unloaded on our loading bay. As always we will sell surplus and plant & equipment or demolition materials, second hand or new (list at the bottom), direct from our yard, please call in for details. The yard also supports a property maintenance crew who carry out painting, decorating, slabbing, carpentry and joinery, blocklaying, brick laying, fencing etc.

Above is an example of a bar, built to order at our premises. Mahogany bar with stainless steel internal shelving, marble columns, and slate bar tops front and back, brass hand and foot rail, stainless steel optic shelves, concrete cast gargoyles, tiffany lamps and all the associated electrical and bar equipment assembled and tested before at our premises delivery, delivered in kit form and assembled to minimise shut down time.
